一、概况:
1、设备类型:
本设备为节电型产品,采用半桥串联逆变中频电源(电压谐振)。电炉无论是冷态,热态,加半炉料或加满料时,半桥串联逆变器都能够输出额定功率,功率因数恒定为0.98。具有熔化速度快,能耗低,运行稳定可靠等特点。设备由一套串联谐振中频电源和两台无芯钢壳感应熔化电炉以及系统正常运行所需的辅助设备组成。
一台串联谐振双输出电源带二只电炉可同时工作(俗称2台同时熔化炉),即输出功率可以在两个炉体之间无级任意分配,可以同时对两个炉体进行送电, 一个保温, 一个熔炼。

This equipment is a power-saving type product, which uses a half-bridge series inverter intermediate frequency power supply (voltage resonance). When the electric furnace is cold, hot, half-filled or filled, the half-bridge series inverter can output rated power with a constant power factor of 0.98. It has the characteristics of fast melting speed, low energy consumption and stable and reliable operation.
