一、 项目内容:
Ф219—Ф1220钢管3层PE防腐生产线
二、 设计依据:
钢管直径:Ф219—Ф1220
钢管长度:8000㎜-12000㎜
工艺速度:1200㎜/min—3000㎜/min
三、管道传送架
根据用户要求,我公司Ф219—Ф1220管道防腐生产线设计为以单轮为动力单元的传送线,这样使管道运行速度更加平稳并方便了大小管螺距的调整。减速机采用KAF型,动力为2.2KW变频电机。动力控制采用集中控制,控制柜为琴式柜,变频器集中在四个控制柜中,变频器采用国内知名品牌。传送架底座采用国标20#槽钢、20#矩形钢和 14㎜厚钢板焊接。此生产线传送架的规格为2200㎜×6000㎜×13个(每个架装5组轮胎)。2000㎜×800㎜×13个,(其中九架一组轮胎,一组装双高温轮,一组装单高温轮,另有二单架每架装三组轮胎)。传送轮为600-9加重充气轮胎(比实心轮变形能力强,管道运行平稳)。传动轮底座用4个螺钉固定在孔间距一致的调节轨道上,方便大小管间距的调节。总长度为 100米。
四、除锈机:
本机是在引进美国、意大利的先进技术的基础上,采用现代计算机模拟技术,研制开发的一种新型钢管外壁抛丸清理设备,可去除钢管表面的锈和氧化皮,完全达到钢管外壁涂履前的清理要求,可满足大、中型工程钢管外壁清理需要。它具有以下优点:
1、采用大抛丸量、高抛射速度的国际上第五代悬臂离心式抛丸器,显著地提高了清理效率,获得满意的清理质量,属专利产品。
2、该设备是根据国内外先进技术重新设计而研制成功的,具有生产率高、操作方便、体积小的特点,属国内首创。
五、中频加热:
此生产线配置750KW和1000KW共二台中频加热设备双机加热。控制部分采用专门设计的控制线路,具有过压、过流、限 压/限流、缺相、欠压、欠水压等保护。 控制线路专设集成箱与高压区全隔离,保持控制室清洁,冷却。大大提高控制线路板寿命和系统可靠性。优选国内知名厂家大功率变流器件。因此具有100%的设计安全系数,增加整个系统可靠性。采用宽大的空气冷却铜排,与水冷铜排相比,更多的能量用于加热,效率增加,不需要维修。电源起动采用零电压起动,无冲击,在空载、重载等状态时均能可靠起动, 稳定可靠,无故障时间长,方配备一套纯净水冷却交换装置,冷却效果好,使各管路不容易发生堵塞,降低了中频电源的故障率,提高设备的使用寿命。配备二台红外线温度监控仪。

六、喷粉系统:
1、6枪控制中心。 DK型 2套
以上装置每套含自动喷枪6支,喷枪为内置高压,控制柜控制8支自动喷枪的电压、电流及气路系统。并控制6支文丘里供粉泵供粉系统。
以上装置每套含流化床供粉系统1套,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)含6支文丘里供粉泵。
七、挤塑机
此生产线须配置SJF180/30二台、SJF75/30一台防腐专用挤出机。
八、水冷却室:
水冷却室采用塑钢玻璃窗封闭,美观大方,便于观察。每面做有几个活动窗,方便进入。冷却水水泵采用流量为每小时150立方三台。另外中频冷却水泵二台,流量为每小时25立方。冷却水管调节阀门装在操作柜一侧,便于调节。(除水泵外,其余由用户制作)。
九、 空压机及拨管机构:
本生产线配备一台10立方螺杆式空压机,一台10立方空气干燥机,1.5立方储气罐一台供喷粉设备用(配备3个过滤器)。
十、 破口机、举升机和二次除锈机:
破口机采用管底端机械式钢丝轮破口机,并装有粉尘回收装置,安全环保。
举升机采用气缸升降,传动轮采用双轮举升两端动力传动的方式,保证了厚壁管的加工需要。
二次除锈采用钢丝轮除锈及压缩空气吹扫,使钢管外壁清洁度达到要求,提高环氧粉末的附着力。
十一、放管平台
上管、下管、过渡平台均采用20#国标工字钢焊接,保证平台的坚固性。(长度视现场情况定,由用户制作)。
十二、 制造及安装工期
制作工期为合同生效之日起50天制作完毕,安装工期20天(安装条件具备)。

According to the user's requirements, our company's Ф219-Ф1220 pipeline anti-corrosion production line is designed as a transmission line with a single wheel as the power unit, which makes the pipeline running speed more stable and facilitates the adjustment of the large and small pipe pitch. The reducer adopts KAF type and the power is 2.2KW variable frequency motor. The power control adopts centralized control, the control cabinet is a piano cabinet, and the frequency converter is concentrated in four control cabinets. The frequency converter adopts domestic famous brands. The base of the conveyor is welded with GB 20# channel steel, 20# rectangular steel and 14mm thick steel plate. The specifications of this line conveyor are 2 2 00 mm × 6000 mm × 13 ( 5 sets of tires per rack ). 2000mm × 800mm × 1 3 , (including nine sets of tires, one assembled double high temperature wheel, one assembled single high temperature wheel , and two separate frames each with three sets of tires). The transfer wheel is a 600-9 weighted pneumatic tire (stronger than the solid wheel, the pipe runs smoothly). The base of the transmission wheel is fixed on the adjusting rail with the same hole spacing by 4 screws to facilitate the adjustment of the size of the pipe. The total length is 100 meters.
This machine is based on the introduction of advanced technology from the United States and Italy, using a modern computer simulation technology, developed a new type of steel pipe outer wall shot blasting equipment, which can remove the rust and scale on the surface of the steel pipe, completely before the outer wall of the steel pipe is painted. The cleaning requirements can meet the needs of cleaning the outer wall of large and medium-sized engineering steel pipes. It has the following advantages:
1. The fifth-generation cantilever centrifugal blasting machine with large shot blasting and high throwing speed has significantly improved the cleaning efficiency and obtained satisfactory cleaning quality. It is a patented product.
2. The equipment has been successfully developed according to the redesign of advanced technology at home and abroad. It has the characteristics of high productivity, convenient operation and small volume, and is the first in China.
This production line is equipped with two sets of medium frequency heating equipment of 75 0KW and 1000KW for heating . The control part adopts a specially designed control circuit with over-voltage, over-current, voltage limiting/current limiting, phase loss, under-voltage, under water pressure and other protections. The control line dedicated integrated box is completely isolated from the high pressure area to keep the control room clean and cool. Greatly improve control board life and system reliability. It is preferred to have high-power converter devices from well-known domestic manufacturers. Therefore, it has a design safety factor of 100%, which increases the reliability of the entire system. With a large air-cooled copper row, more energy is used for heating than the water-cooled copper row, which increases efficiency and requires no maintenance. Starting start power zero voltage, no impact load at the start can be reliable, and other heavy-duty state, stable and reliable, trouble-free for a long time, a square with pure water jacket cooling exchanger, cooling effect, each line It is not easy to block, which reduces the failure rate of the intermediate frequency power supply and improves the service life of the equipment. 6 gun control center. DK type 2 sets
Each set of the above devices contains 6 automatic spray guns , the spray gun is built-in high pressure, and the control cabinet controls the voltage, current and pneumatic system of 8 automatic spray guns. And control 6 venturi powder pump powder supply system.
Each set of the above devices contains a fluidized bed powder supply system. The size of the fluidized bed: (L × W × H) 800 × 775 × 570 (mm) contains 6 venturi powder supply pumps.
This production line must be equipped with SJF 18 0/30 two sets and SJF 7 5/30 one anti-corrosion special extruder.
The water cooling room is closed by plastic steel glazing, which is beautiful and easy to observe. There are several activity windows on each side for easy access. Cooling water flow rate using the pump 150 cubic meters per hourto three. In addition, two intermediate frequency cooling water pumps have a flow rate of 25 cubic meters per hour. The cooling water pipe regulating valve is installed on the side of the operation cabinet for easy adjustment.(Aside from the water pump, the rest is made by the user).
The production line is equipped with a 10- cube screw air compressor, a 10- cubic air dryer, and a 1.5- cubic gas storage tank for powder spraying equipment (with 3 filters) .
The breaking machine adopts the mechanical wire wheel breaking machine at the bottom of the pipe and is equipped with a dust recovery device, which is safe and environmentally friendly .
Lift using lifting cylinder, both ends of the drive wheel by way of a power transmission wheel lifting, the process needs to ensure that the thick-walled tube.
The secondary descaling adopts the wire wheel derusting and compressed air purging to make the outer wall cleanliness of the steel pipe meet the requirements and improve the adhesion of the epoxy powder.
The upper tube, the lower tube and the transition platform are all welded with 20# GB-shaped I-beam to ensure the rigidity of the platform. (The length is determined by the user and made by the user).
The production period is 50 days from the effective date of the contract, and the installation period is 20 days (the installation conditions are available).
