一、项目内容:
Φ60-Φ219-Φ273钢管外壁环氧粉末喷涂生产线
二、工艺要求
工 件:Φ60-Φ273×12m钢管
涂层要求:环氧粉末喷涂300-400um
工艺线速度:3-7m/min
三、传动线:
传动线全长44米,包含8个5.0米×1.2米传动架;底座和传动轮支架全部采用14#槽钢焊接。还配有4个单架,(其中有一个配耐高温轮胎),方便追管和脱管。
主动轮和从动轮分别安装在用丝杠可调节平板上,方便了生产大小管的调整。传动动力共有4个,全部采用变频调速,变频器采用丹麦丹佛斯公司技术的海利普变频器。变频调速使钢管传输平稳,从而使防腐层厚度均匀。我们还采用一种压管机构,能防止管道在追管和脱管加速时对正在加工管道的影响。底座有高度调整丝杠,方便生产线水平调整。
轮胎采用400-8型加重胎,采用万向节传动轴连接。采用WPDA蜗轮蜗杆型减速机,电机是2.2KW变频电机。
四、中频加热:
中频加热电源为400KW
五、静电喷涂设备:
1、8枪控制中心DK型 以上装置每套含自动喷枪6支,喷枪为内置高压,控制柜控制6支自动喷枪的电压、电流及气路系统,并控制支文丘里供粉泵供粉系统。
以上装置含流化床供粉系统1套,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)含6支文丘里供粉泵。
六、拨管系统:
上下管采用气缸拨管,配备上下管拨叉4个,气缸4个及电器控制系统(包括电磁阀、阀块、PVC气管、控制按钮等)。
七、二次除锈及水喷淋:
采用钢丝轮及压缩空气除锈,除去钢管表面毛刺及浮灰,提高环氧粉末的附着力。包括2次除锈装置1套和防护及排尘罩等。钢丝轮直径为150mm,转动动力为2.0kw.
水喷淋水泵为离心泵,流量为90m3/h,电机为5.5KW,喷淋主水管口径为Φ114×12m;喷水管口径为Φ15,一共35个,都装有阀门,方便调节水量。隔断为塑钢窗。
八. 空气压缩机:
空压机采用3.0立方螺杆式空气压缩机一台,1.0立方储气罐一个,3.0立方空气干燥机一台,配套气路及控制部分。
九、制造和安装工期:
此生产线制造工期为25个工作日,安装工期为10个工作日。

Transmission line length of 44 meters and comprises eight 5.0 m × 1.2 yards gear frame; bracket base and the drive wheel 14 in all channel # welding. There are also 4 single racks (one of which is equipped with high temperature resistant tires) for easy chasing and pipe removal.
The driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively mounted on the screw adjustable plate, which facilitates the adjustment of the production size pipe. There are 4 transmission powers , all of which adopt frequency conversion speed regulation. The frequency converter adopts Hailipu frequency converter of Danfoss Technology of Denmark. The frequency conversion speed regulation makes the steel pipe transmission smooth, so that the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is uniform. We also use a pressure tube mechanism that prevents the pipe from affecting the pipe being machined during acceleration and decoupling. The base has a height adjustment screw to facilitate horizontal adjustment of the production line.
The tires are made of 400-8 type weighted tires and connected by a universal joint drive shaft. The WPDA worm gear type reducer is used, and the motor is a 2.2KW variable frequency motor.
Medium frequency heating power supply is 400KW
8 gun control center DK type Each set of the above devices contains 6 automatic spray guns . The spray gun is built-in high pressure. The control cabinet controls the voltage, current and air circuit system of 6 automatic spray guns, and controls the powder supply system of the Venturi powder supply pump.
The above device contains 1 set of fluidized bed powder supply system . The size of the fluidized bed : (L×W×H) 800×775×570 (mm) contains 6 venturi powder supply pumps.
Dial up and down by cylinder tube pipe, with upper and lower fork tube 4, cylinder 4 and electrical control system (including a solenoid valve, the valve block, PVC pipe, control buttons, etc.).
The wire wheel and compressed air are used to remove rust, and the surface burrs and floating ash of the steel pipe are removed to improve the adhesion of the epoxy powder. Descaling device 1 comprises a sleeve 2 and the like protection and dust discharge cover.The wire wheel has a diameter of 150mm and the rotational power is 2.0kw.
Water spray pump a centrifugal pump, a flow rate of 90m 3 / h, the motor is 5.5KW, the main spray pipe diameter is Φ 114 12m ×; spray pipe diameter of Φ 15, a total of 35, it is equipped with valves, easy to adjust The amount of water. The partition is a plastic steel window.
3.0 cubic air compressor with a screw-type air compressor, a gas tank cubic 1.0, 3.0 cubic an air dryer, and a control section supporting the gas passage.
The production line is manufactured for 25 working days and the installation period is 10 working days.
