    管端墩粗用中频感应加热设备作为石油管端加厚生产线的配套设备,用于对油管端部进行加热,以实现油管端部镦粗为目的。管端加厚生产线中共需要一台中频感应加热电源,一台感应器炉体,一套水冷却装置,

    一、工艺要求

    1、加热方式:油管端部加热,采用感应器移动方式加热。

    2、加热性质:透热

    3、钢管规格:

       外径:ф108mm

       壁厚:18mm

       钢级:42crmo

    4、加热时间    30S

    5、加热长度   150mm

    6、加热功率 160KW  

    一、 技术说明和特点

    1、加热功率确定

    加热电源功率确定主要是根据热油管加热质量、最终加热温升及加热效率,并适当留有一定裕量的原则,同时参考中频电源系列型谱的功率档次,选用标准的中频电源以简化电源设计。

    2、加热频率确定

    加热频率确定主要与被加热对象的材质、几何尺寸、加热速度、加热过程中功率密度及被加热过程中工件的相对导磁率等因素有关,确定加热电源加热频率为:2.5KHZ。

    3、中频加热电源选型

    根据对中频加热电源功率和频率的确定,在满足加热工艺前提下,选择中频感应加热电源型号为:KGPS160KW/2.5KHz

    3, medium frequency heating power supply selection

    According to the determination of the power and frequency of the intermediate frequency heating power supply, under the premise of satisfying the heating process, the model of the medium frequency induction heating power source is selected as: KGPS160KW/2.5KHz
