一、钢板参数及工艺要求
u 钢板尺寸300x16 mm
二、电源频率与功率的平面布置的确定:
u 根据坯料最大尺寸u300x16 mm 30 m经计算频率范围在1600Hz～600Hz范围内,本加热炉频率确定为1000Hz。
u 根据最大坯料300x16 mm 30 m 重量（38公斤/米）和生产率(56公斤/分钟)计算所需加热功率最大为1000kw，此功率可以满足所有的钢板加热及保温。
u 如果按照每天的产量60吨计算，每小时为2500公斤，每分钟为42公斤/分钟，说需要电源的功率为867kw。
