    一、概述、

    中频电源的功率为900kw ,加热温度筒体表面为800度,回转圆筒干燥机直径为1300mm,感应器的布置长度为10000mm。

    感应线圈的说明:采用ANSYS计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件,对电场、磁场、进行分析,功率900kw,回转桶直径为1300mm,感应器的总布置长度为10000mm,分析得出感应器线圈的布置后的单个电感量为LH-180uH范围内,感应线圈的对回转桶外面布置的有效面积越大,磁场效率越高,有效面积越大线圈之间的间隙的个数就要越少,线圈采用25x25x2.5的铜管绕制间隙的个数多,有效覆盖面积小。建议采用铜管20x40x2.5mm(3kg/米)的铜管绕制,40mm的面与回转桶的面平行成为(立绕结构)。采用300kw中频电源3台分别向3组线圈供电,由于每组线圈和每组线圈之间存在间隙。这样布置长度应该按照9000mm来计算铜管的圈数,和质量,铜管截面长度40mm宽度20mm加间隙10mm的感应器的圈数为180圈。感应圈的直径为1400mm感应器的重量为1800公斤左右。

    Medium frequency induction heating equipment for dryer

    1. Overview:

    The power of the intermediate frequency power supply is 900kw, the surface of the heating temperature cylinder is 800 degrees, the diameter of the rotary cylinder dryer is 1300mm, and the arrangement length of the inductor is 10000mm.

The number of copper tube windings of .5 is large, and the effective coverage area is small. It is recommended to use a copper tube 20x40x2.5mm (3kg/m) for copper tube winding, and the 40mm surface is parallel to the surface of the rotary barrel (the vertical winding structure). Three sets of 300kw intermediate frequency power supplies are used to supply power to the three sets of coils, respectively, due to the gap between each set of coils and each set of coils. The length of the arrangement should be calculated according to 9000mm to calculate the number of turns of the copper tube, and the quality, the length of the copper tube section length 40mm width 20mm plus the gap 10mm of the number of turns of the sensor is 180 turns. The diameter of the induction coil is 1400mm and the weight of the sensor is about 1800kg.
