方钢透热炉也叫方钢锻造中频加热炉是新型机电一体化绿色锻造加热炉
Square steel diathermic furnace is also called square steel forging intermediate frequency heating furnace，is a new type of green forging heating furnace mechanotronics.
特点：
1、全套设备只由一台炉体组成，占地面积小
2、机电一体化设计，中频电源电压倍压式输出，输出槽路宽铜排小间隙设计，减少线路电能损耗，节电可达10%—15%.
3、感应加热炉炉体采用双绝缘处理，使用寿命及可靠性提高3倍，薄炉衬设计，减少空间漏磁，电能转换效率极高，达到节能降耗的目的。
Characteristics：

2. Mechanotronics design，intermediate frequency power source voltage doubling type output, small gap of output slot width copper, reduce the line power loss ，saving electricity up to 10% - 15%.
3. Induction heating furnace adops double insulation treatment, service life and reliability increased 3 times, thin furnace lining design, reduce the space of magnetic leakage, high energy conversion efficiency, achieve the purpose of energy saving.Energy saving effect：Production of 10 tons forgeable piece, each class save electricity 80-1000 degrees ,can save 560-700 yuan; monthly electricity savings of 20，000 yuan; two or three class production, monthly electricity savings of 40，000 -60，000 yuan.
